The colour of Tobermory 18 May 2025

An amphibious car playing in the harbour in Tobermory

Another glorious day, so the town looks splendid, and we have time to pootle about to appreciate the colour.

The Mishnish Hotel and neighbours.

Late morning we went for a walk to Tobermory Lighthouse - a round trip about 6km - enough to take the bad look off our step count.

And just in case you are not sure where it is!

For the first time ever we have appreciated the Bimini - it’s hard to believe that
having shade is a good thing this far north in Scotland.

Tobermory bird list is a modest 22 species (a little disappointingly).

No route today - just the colour of Tobermory.
